To be exact, FTBFS in a package on an architecture for which it is not *currently* built is not RC. If a package *used* to work on a given architecture but now (because of whatever reason) upstream has decided that supporting said architecture is a problem and won't be done anymore, then failure to build that package on that architecture is not an RC bug (though the maintainer should file a proper RM bug against ftp.debian.org to clarify that the other architectures are no longer supported). -- It is easy to love a country that is famous for chocolate and beer -- Barack Obama, speaking in Brussels, Belgium, 2014-03-26
