In this case however the 2nd package will also get blocked in New (Python3 support requires adding at least one new package), so it really depends which order the ftp-masters approve the requests. I would hope they don't approve a package in New that depends on another package in New, but not sure if they are setup to handle this case. It really seriously limits the number of python3 packages we can get in for Jessie if I have to wait 3+ weeks to get packages approved before I can deal with the packages that depend on this one.
