Description : R bindings to Armadillo C++ linear algebra library
RcppArmadillo is becoming more popular within the R world, there are now
about 30 CRAN packages which use it -- and that now includes Amelia (which
is packaged as r-cran-amelia) so we need it in Debian anyway.
I am upstream and should be able to provide concurrent releases within Debian
as I have done for years with Rcpp (that this packages depends upon).
