I've modified Config::Model's DEP5 model and parser to parse *most* of your file. It has still some syntax issues that must be fixed manually: - a missing ':' after a Licence keyword - missing ' .' line between licence paragraph Note that your copyright file mixes UK and US spelling for "licence". UK spelling is converted to US spelling (used in DEP5 text). This will be part of v 1.230 of config::Model.
