I'm running grub from squeeze with a hand-compiled xen 4.0.1-rc<something>. There are a few quirks with it (it eats the first parameter for each kernel/module) but that's workaroundable. It would be nice if it could automatically detect xen kernels when you update-grub it though... or maybe that's what you were asking?
