I'm not sure that "advance normalization tools" brings that much in the synopsis but eating space that could better be used for something more precise wrt the real use of the software. The long description makes it clear what "ANTS" means, which is enough. Dropping the acronym expansion from the synopsis would help bringing more important word there, such as "morphometric".....
