He is monopolizing the discussion. He should let some time pass between replies to take into account the opinions of others. Furthermore, by replying too fast he is actively making the discussion non-followable by many persons that don't want to spend an afternoon on this topic. Having a constructive discussion is difficult and requires everybody to sit back and let others take part in it.
