So what on earth has this to do with the copyright proposal? If you wish to make blanket statements using the copyright proposal, what is stopping you? All we wanted to do is develop a format so that copyright information was both machine and human readable. If the FTP masters are happy with your current work, there should be no reason why you can't express what you are already doing with the new copyright proposal.
