Maybe. However, if I wanted to do some real bad damage to our society (in real life) then I could well be doing it fairly easily. There are some security measures which would prevent me from doing such while sleeping, but otherwise, I practically have the freedom to do so - any time - and I decide against it. Debian should be like that, too. Paranoia is easy, but not helpful if you actually want to live anywhere. When coming up with a role model (e.g. a restriction in performing NMUs), then it should help in becoming part of the society, not (poetically speaking) in leaving it.
