I've written back then something about that. Maybe you could dig the archives for my comment on this. For example, Italy was never a strong country for m68ks (Amigas) as f.e. Germany was. Of course you'll find that after a decade there would be virtually no users left. Picking out just one country mirror gives a wrong image.
