Who says? If you are saying that you'll get legal advice, and subvert the process, so that we can't trust it, thanks for the warning; we will now ignore any legal advice you say you obtained. If you are saying you'll propose a process, then you get the same vote in a GR as everyone else: one. GR submitters don't get extra votes. If you are saying that you will misuse your position on the SPI board to attempt to dictate Debian's internal matters, then you're done now. What other work are you talking about, which gives you some extra votes?
