If you can be killed because you have such application (picture) then you are in big trouble, anyway. I like to have such application (picture) not because I actully like this sorts of pictures, but because I like to be free to choose what I want to have. If someone take this one from me today, I might have not a photo of my daughter without the veil over her face tomorrow. Freedom is taken out piece by piece, history tell us.
