Loooks like I've hit some sensitive point here, which I'm really sorry for. I probably shouldn't have specifically mentioned so-called "eastern" countries, which are eastern only in my point of view, certainly.. :-) Please accept my apologies for this. Anyway, debconf in Vienna is definitely a good idea, which is the most important point... :-)
