Just my 2 cents: DebConf should no more end on sunday afternoon/evening but on morning by lunch time. This is for a simple reason (i sow at DebConf 3): people start leaving in the afternoon to be home by evening/night. It's better to let it start a day before than make it end with people so in hurry. Because of this i could not attend Branden talk about SubVersion at DebConf 3: how am i supposed to live on this?
