Who do you respect, Hans? Many Debian Developers are also Free Software authors. How much respect are you showing us with your brazen accusations of impropriety? Did it occur to you that posting a rant to the main development mailing list of the distribution might not be the best way to resolve your grievance? Do you realize that after a brace of beautifully crafted non-specific rants on your part, most members of the Debian community reading this thread have *no idea* what offense you're referring to? There seem to be two possible causes for your rage that people are aware of: the unintentional omission from the binary package of a credits list contained in a README file, or the removal of an onerous sponsorship blurb from the output of the program. Can you clarify which of these two items is the object of your concern?
