They don't. Spammers don't have (or want to provide) the resources for mass bounce handling on there mass mailing. Also, they are not anonymous anymore when doing this, you then know who is responsible for the spam or who does provide the resources for spamming. It is _very_ unlikely that such will happen. Gerrit.
