技术相关的东西我还是建议用英文，方便用google搜索的人能找的到，一般大家可能不用中文来搜索需要解决的问题的。另外就是用英文提问可以让非中文用户看到，帮忙解决问题。一般性的东西可以用中文，或者中国特色非常强的东西用中文。
