you can find older versions of debian here:
https://cdimage.debian.org/mirror/cdimage/archive/
For Version 7.9 amd64 netinst CD (for PC) just try this:
https://cdimage.debian.org/mirror/cdimage/archive/7.9.0-live/amd64/iso-hybrid/
There are some ISO's for gnome, kde etc...
