dipy 1.11 is trying to access a scipy algorithm which is apparently not supported on s390x, ValueError: scipy.sparse does not support dtype int64 Two tests fail, causing the build to fail. The tests are test_dki_fits and test_dki_errors, FAILED dipy/reconst/tests/test_dki.py::test_dki_fits - ValueError: Failed to ... FAILED dipy/reconst/tests/test_dki.py::test_dki_errors - ValueError: Failed t... = 2 failed, 853 passed, 176 skipped, 44 deselected, 4 warnings in 958.49s (0:15:58) = I'd say the simplest thing is to just skip these two tests on s390x. The skips would probably needs to be added to both debian/rules and debian/tests. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers unstable-debug APT policy: (500, 'unstable-debug'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.12.17-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_AU:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled
