On boot, no shares were mounted
Upgraded yesterday, next boot this morning

Reboot, no change
Revert to version 2:7.1-1, problem gone
no other packages downgraded
Logs show for each failed mount:
cifs: Bad value for 'password2'
mount: mount error(22): Invalid argument
