Dear maintainer(s),
With a recent upload of gemmi the autopkgtest of finalcif fails in
testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of gemmi
from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from testing. In
tabular form:
pass fail
gemmi from testing 0.6.2+ds-2
finalcif from testing 113+dfsg-2
all others from testing from testing
I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. After the
fifth test, there's no output until autopkgtest aborts after 2:47 hours.
Normally the test takes 2 to 3 minutes.
Currently this regression is blocking the migration of gemmi to testing
[1]. Due to the nature of this issue, I filed this bug report against
both packages. Can you please investigate the situation and reassign the
bug to the right package?
