With a recent upload of gemmi the autopkgtest of finalcif fails in

finalcif from testing 113+dfsg-2
all others from testing from testing
I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. After the
fifth test, there's no output until autopkgtest aborts after 2:47 hours.
Normally the test takes 2 to 3 minutes.

[1]. Due to the nature of this issue, I filed this bug report against
both packages. Can you please investigate the situation and reassign the
bug to the right package?
I have just updated finalcif to its new upstream release. This should
restore finalcif's compatibility with gemmi. Should finalcif's
autopkgtests pass, I will close this bug.
