Package: webext-browserpass
Version: 3.4.1-2
Severity: serious

When I click on the BrowserPass icon in Firefox ESR I get this error:

   Error: TypeError: localStorage is null

When I click on the BrowserPass icon in Firefox I get this error:

TypeError: null is not a valid URL.

These persist after disabling and enabling BrowserPass.

These persist after restarting Firefox ESR and Firefox.

The same thing happens in the Add-On preferences for BrowserPass.

When I do the same in a new browser profile I get the same issue
briefly during startup but then it goes away and BrowserPass works.

It seems like there is an initialisation step that is run during a
browser profile init but not after BrowserPass upgrades.
