Bug#890704: bcftools FTBFS on 32bit: test_vcf_query failure

Hi

I have updated issue 744 upstream and pointed to


test_vcf_query:
        /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/bcftools query -f'[%POS  %SAMPLE  %AD\n]\n' 
-i'AD[:0]+AD[:1] > 12' /tmp/eY5CsJdbIs/filter.5.vcf.gz
malloc(): memory corruption

        The outputs differ:
                /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/test/query.54.out
                /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/test/query.54.out.new
.. failed ...


which is the new issue.
