This RC bug should prevent testing migration of postgis-java, because postgis 2.2.0 shouldn't migrate because it breaks spatialite. Starting with postgis 2.2.0, postgis-java is a separate project instead of being built from the postgis source. Both postgis and postgis-java should migrate to testing together.
