In _stable-security_, yes. My point was that it's not in _stable_ and that even after next weekend's point release, it still won't be in stable (due to the issues I mentioned). I admit I haven't checked the details of the issue with tabmix, but a rebuild in stable will be built against iceweasel 10.0 again.
