And, here, the best way would be to drop VTK from Paraview sources. I know it is a lot of works at first but it is the way to go.

Could you report a bug for fltk and an other one for sqlite against the paraview packages ? In the bug report, please add the embedded version of these libraries. After that, we could discuss (with upstream or not) what could be done here. I am not afraid about the sqlite one.
