gcj-4.4 is already built on both mips and sparc.  There's a dep-wait on
mips so db4.8 will be automagically retried once gcj-4.4 is uploaded.

Rebuilds of db4.8 have been tried on sparc already since the new gcj-4.4
package was uploaded but are now timing out in the testsuite. :-/
