I used po4a-gettextize to create bridges.po from bridges.wml[1]:
po4a-gettextize -f wml -m bridges.wml -p bridges.po --master-charset
utf-8 --copyright-holder "The Tor Project, Inc"
I changed a line in bridges.wml, used po4a-updatepo to update
bridges.po and got the following error:
:~$ po4a-updatepo -f wml -m bridges.wml -p bridges.po --master-charset utf-8
bridges.po: warning: Charset "CHARSET" is not a portable encoding name.
Message conversion to user's charset might not work.
msgmerge: present charset "CHARSET" is not a portable encoding name
Error while running msgmerge:
I tried to convert bridges.wml again, this time without using the
--copyright-holder option.
The result was the same when I later changed the wml and tried to update the po.
