Thank you, I found these fonts (the packages were named ttf-arphic-ukai
and ttf-arphic-uming in Debian squeeze) and reassigned the bug.

On the wiktionary page http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E8%B5%B7 I found
the note that the "wrong" part may merely be an outdated variant. I'll
have to leave it to the font maintainers to decide.
