Lack of /etc/dbus-1/system.d/bluetooth.conf is the root cause of bluetoothd not being able to acces D-Bus. This file is provided by bluez package so you must have removed it (or there is sth wrong with bluez package). note: you need to restart dbus after restoring this file Hope that helps!:) -- Szymon K.
