usr/share/gir-1.0 is currently shipped in totem.install. I assume moving the gir files to the -dev package was forgotten in [ Josselin Mouette ] * Add libtotem-dev. Closes: #561934. When moving the gir file from totem to libtotem-dev, we will need to add proper Breaks/Replaces.
