There's no support for spice in debian so far - neither client nor server. In qemu-kvm 0.14, spice has other problems too. Hopefully in the next version (0.15) it will work better. Besides, I don't see how you've choosen severity of this bug: spice is a new feature in 0.14 (in current -testing) which has no other components in debian to support it, and definitely not used by many users.
