Ahh, I see what you're saying.  Actually, since the first failure, you
probably have all the infrastructure you need in place anyway.  You can
probably go in there and modify the file and try running tbp-importdsc
again.

I'm not really working much with Arch these days, so maybe somebody else
can provide some additional tips.

I do remember hitting this situation in the past myself, and I think my
workaround was to just get the tree ready and then let tbp-importdsc do
its thing.
