The actual change applied is:
-Depends: texlive-base, texlive-binaries, ${misc:Depends}
+Depends: texlive-base, texlive-latex-base, ${misc:Depends}
which still includes texlive-base but removes texlive-binaries. Which
is correct, the changelog or the control file?
