true. i've added a 'Conflicts (<< 2:4.00)'...

...and converted them to use make use of ${source:Version}.

right, however, since conflicts/replaces is equivalent to
breaks/replaces, and since breaks are not really supported for lenny,
i'll stay with conflicts/replaces until squeeze is released.
