I just downloarded squeeze d-i, made in July 5, 2010, and burned it into a cd.

I boot the installer with the boot parameter modules=ppp-udeb, and
follow the regular initial steps of the installation.
After this the actual setup of PPPoE is started, it says "No PPPoE
concentrator", "All network interfaces have been probed, but a PPPoE
concentrator was not detected."
I retried many times but no use.

I pressed ctrl+alt+F4, the logs there seemed the same as July 2's:
"no concentrator found on eth0:will bring the interface back down."

Again, I tried the lenny instller, it could start the pppoe, and ask
me for username.

But I need squeeze, so, plz help to resolve.

No one else encountered the same problem?

Should I provide more information, plz tell me what to do, thanks.
