I have no idea why it was not detected. I'm not a computer professional. All I know is that the network card is detected, my isp uses PPPoE login, and when I use the lenny installer or the squeeze installer Alpha 1 release, they both found the PPPoE concentrator. But I really don't know why. I just download the newest daily installer, July 2, 2010, and it failed to detect the PPPoE concentrator, too. I am in Taiwan, using Hinet Adsl, 10MB speed (optical fiber?).
