The only thing I can add is that it tends to manifest itself when you have at least two mozilla windows ( as opposed to tabs ) open. It doesn't happen all of the time. - Address bar does not update on a tab switch. It will not show the current tab's address as you would expect. - URL completion does not work in the address bar - If you try to drop down the address bar by pressing the arrow to the left of the control, nothing happens. - Opening a child dialog in a window ( Help->About, File->Save As or any other popup ) locks you out. The controls in the popup do not respond, but the child holds the focus from the main window. Other open top level mozilla windows continue to be ( semi ) usable. - All windows are affected when it happens.
