Hi Frank and Debian teTeX maintainers
hbf2gf is a program to create fonts, just like ttf2pk and ttf2tfm. So it makes pretty much sense to put the configuration files in /usr/share/texmf/hbf2gf/. It is also like this in TeXlive (cfr. http://tug.org/ftp/texlive/Contents/live/texmf/hbf2gf/). So can hbf2gf stay as a top directory? I wouldn't know where to put it otherwise.
