I have started using Virtaal recently, looking for a po-translation tool that will fit my needs, so I am no expert user. If I set Navigation: to Incomplete and then move down (or up) with Ctrl-Down_arrow (or Ctrl-Up), the focus doesn't move to the next fuzzy or untraslated entry but rather to the one after that.
