I've tested this with 0.8.0 from SVN r15961 and: $ cd /tmp $ debcheckout libprawn-ruby $ svn-buildpackage -uc -us --svn-download-orig --svn-rm-prev-dir | \ tee ../577140.log 2>&1 The log file is attached. Interestingly, there's a different error if the build is re-attempted. That's the part2 log file.
