Oh, trying this themes with widget factory brought me to the problem :) The patched themes really differ, especially progressbar and toggle and check buttons. Obviously simply changing hilight_ratio to highlight_shade doesn't do the things. I'll try to figure it out about this. Unfortunately I' not gnome or gtk developer and can't quickly fix this bug.
