Hello,

In my opinion, DFSG-free Create Commons v3.0 licenses are already common enough
to be included in /usr/share/common-licenses:

CC-BY-3.0 - Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported:
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/legalcode

CC-BY-SA-3.0 - Create Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported:
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/
  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode
