Correct, we would not generally print the password in the logs, and in the case of encrypted passwords, we simply can't. In any case, as the author of that line, I can assure you that this is simply username and mapped username. Issues of parsing in mount on mount.cifs can be addressed by reading the manpage and following the suggestions.
