Yes, first of all. Then try the same for other bacula packages. First
one offer to "Reinstall database for bacula-director-mysql" I have
canceled because this is not what I need. These are production servers
and I don't want You touch my database in any way.

This is common problem for packages relying on database. I prefer
packaging system don't deal with database at all. You provide
stand alone sql scripts for creating and upgrading database. That's
enough. Every one can use these scripts the way he prefer. I have run

/usr/share/bacula-director/update_mysql_tables

without problem.
