Actually, I'm no longer convinced that a flag is the right approach. I have a solution that involves fixing this bug along with the wishlist bugs. An explanation is too long to fit in the margin of this message, but will be sent out when I get to it so others can review.
Components: * use bind9-host if we have it; depend on it so we definitely have it in postinst * keep track of what realm we thought was default when we asked about DNS * Keep track of whether we're guessing the default realm or told by the user * read from krb5.conf counts as told by the user -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
