Package: polipo
Followup-For: Bug #510559

There is no such thing as urls with unencoded spaces - as soon as there
is an unencoded space in something, it is no longer a url, so polipo
correctly rejects the request.

Note that this is not even supportable as a protocol extension, as the
protocol uses spaces to delimit the url from other components (which is
valid, as no url contains spaces).
