Dear Pietro and Dirk,
I've added the three files to the development version (1.4-8) of the Rcmdr
package on R-Forge. (I renamed the icon file to Rcmdr.svg.) When the package
is built on R-Forge tomorrow (Sunday), you should be able to install it from
there via install.packages("Rcmdr", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org";).
Please let me know if there's problem.
