But xine-lib doesn't know anything about screen blanking; that's left to the
front ends. Though now that you've said which front end, I suspect that the
bug is actually elsewhere. Probably xdg-screensaver, which is in xdg-utils.
You can test this by installing & using 0.99.5+cvs20070914-2.
